Apprentice Trainee Management
At Get Traction Services, we specialise in tailoring a seamless and comfortable experience for newcomers in the industry. We handle everything from procurement and sign up, to management and training plans. We ensure that both your company and the trainees reap the benefits of our program. With our extensive range of contextualised Certificate II options, specific to your industry and equipment, we offer flexibility through fixed term 12-month contracts. This gives your company the freedom to either conclude the trainee’s contract at the designated period or explore the possibility of continuing their training towards a full trade Certificate III. Further to the Certificate II, we’re able to also offer a range of support equipment NRT certificates to ensure value and essential development for all trainees.
